I loved Lynda and all the techniques they helped me use. The only negative thing is that you have to pay $30 a month. Personally I would use this website when I become a teacher because it has all the tools you will need in a classroom. I did however, watch the youtube tutorials and there were so many helpful links to take you right where you needed to go. This is my prezi for my third grade writing class, hope you enjoy! https://prezi.com/view/m2RxHJRpCZMVOZHXBOAj/

I really like surveys in the classroom. I want to be in english elementary school teacher so with this day in age I feel like most students have smart phones and if I taught a lesson I could always pull something up on the screen in front of the class and I could put up the different things we learned and anonymously they could plug in what they didn't understand and I could go over the things that the students had most of the problems with. I don't think I would use excel much though with elementary students. I'm not so for technology when it comes to the classroom because I learned english from actual teachers but if need be I will use it. Other things are great with technology is education. I could so see myself using the survey and I would update the grades everyday for their parents and them. The next thing I really want to learn how to use is announcement sheets. When we did this in the past I was really bad with it and want to learn how to make it more vibrant and ...

A flipped classroom is a concept I have never heard of before but really liked the idea. The teacher teaches the student the lessons and after understanding the material goes home and creates activities for the other students to learn. I like this and thinks it makes the others and yourself more involved with your schoolwork.

There are many adaptive technologies for students. There are many online sources to help students and teachers. for instance google docs and Diigo are my favorite to use everyday. There are so many updated devices in our educated system like the smart board and 3D printing. You have different learners in each class and these tools can help you with that. Technology can use used for so many things and can help so many people in our country. Powerpoint can be used so much for students and for teachers. If teachers posted power points on their website after lecturing then the student can remember what they learned and write down more notes then they did in class. Also the teachers can look back on their powerpoint and remember what they taught and how the students understood it. A good website to help teachers and students stay up to date is Techy Teacher. http://thetechyteacher.com
